Q. I have HOI's latest AGA demo, the one on three disks. Everything works fine until the 3rd disk has finished loading, then my computer Guru's. What's going on, lack of memory,faulty disk, what?
A. Hmmm Sounds like a faulty disk, Does the one I sent you work OK?
Q. "BIGANIM". This program came with the latest edition of Amiga Shopper. You are supposed to be able to play large animations direct from your Hard Disk. This is fine if the animation is only on one disk, but if the animation is on 3 or 4 disks e.g.. an1 an2 an3 an4, the program refuses to work properly. Can someone who has this program shed some light onto my problem?
A. Try a small utility called "JOIN". It is designed to join files together, whether it works or not is beyond me though!
Q. What, where and why is CC0 ?
A. CC0: is the small slot on the left hand edge of the A1200, it is mainly used for adding PCMCIA cards that have memory on them. The memory usually comes in either 2 meg or 4 meg amounts. Or it can be used to add external Hard Drives to your A1200.
Q. I want to get hold of a copy (Original) of David Brabens excellent "VIRUS". Does it actually work on the A1200 ?
A. Probably not! Its very old.
Q. Is there anyway I can gain extra memory? Well because now I have "Knights of the Sky" installed on my Hard Disk, I can only fly maybe 1 or 2 missions before the game hangs up! I know this is due to lack of memory as it works fine from floppies.
A. Buy a PCMCIA 4Meg expansion or a 4Meg Hawk board! Or you could try a small program called MEMCLEAR that is in the "C" directory on Disk

Q. I recently got ALPHA WAVES an excellent Virtual Reality arcade game. The thing is, I can get it to load on my A1200 if I use the 512k chipram Kickstart 1.3 with the CPU Cache turned off. I want to play it with the CPU Cache's turned ON so the update is much smoother (The game is vector based) How can I do it?
A. If the game will only run by disabling the cache, I'm afraid that there is nothing really that you can do, why not get in touch with the
manufacturers and see if thy have updated the game in anyway.
Q. Does anyone know of a P.D program that could work out a cars weekly M.P.H, my dad had a program that did this on his humble BBC, but I cannot find one for the A1200. Also a friend of mine is looking for a good P.D "Family Tree" program, can anyone help?
A. As far as I know there isn't a program for M.P.H. on the AMIGA.
